23 Sep 2020 Food Active responds to the Comprehensive Spending Review
Today Food Active has submitted our response to the Comprehensive Spending Review.
The spending review is carried out approximately every 3 years to allocate funding to departments and allows the government to consider its priorities across all spending over multiple years.
In our response, we have called for funding for two key policies:
- Increased and sustainable funding for public health
- Extending the Soft Drinks Industry Levy.
