Job Role: Project Officer (Full-time position; hybrid working with main office in Liverpool City Centre)
Owing to a sustained period of growth, an exciting opportunity has arisen to work within a dynamic and influential team to support Food Active’s projects. The role will involve liaison with a range of partners across local authorities and NHS organisations, but also the third sector organisations and research institutions. The role may also involve supporting wider projects being delivered by Health Equalities Group addressing non-communicable diseases and health inequalities.
We are seeking an enthusiastic project officer who has some experience of either public health or wider healthcare who has an ambition to develop a career in the field of preventative public health. The candidate will need to have excellent verbal and written communication skills, strong organisational and time management skills, and experience of supporting the administration of projects, preferably in a public health or healthcare environment.
